  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale items or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within the return window.

Shipping Returns
